My Stash

Here's the array of kitchen cabinet hardware I have assembled for my new cabinet so far.

In the photo of the two hinges, the top on is new....the bottom is 1924 vintage. Pretty darn close, huh?

I like the half circle drawer pools. Whenever I see them in a kitchen I automatically think the kitchen is "wholesome." I don't know why I make that connection but I just do.

MrBrownThumb - My last place has uber cool black glass handles, so when I first moved to this house I was underwhelmed by the half round. I actually went as far as to buy some new ones and replace them.....but it looked silly. I finally came back to the originals and now I really like them. This is a simple house, built by folks that most likely worked in the local mills, and it needs basic design to look right.
